Leadership and strategic management
The Pyrenees are undergoing a historic transformation in their management model.
• Patrícia Torres, manager of Vallter, has established herself as the first woman to manage a ski resort in the Pyrenees, successfully leading the center’s resilience in the face of weather challenges.
• In this same vein of excellence, Gemma Tost, with more than ten years of experience in Pallars and currently the commercial manager of Espot and Port Ainé, represents deep knowledge of the territory and a vision for the future of the sector.
Pioneers in operations and safety
Safety and technical efficiency are strategic pillars of the company where women are paving the way.
• Rosa Vila has made history as our first head of operations at Port Ainé, the resort that this January has ranked as the fourth in the world with the most snow.
• For her part, Judit Noray has made her debut this season as a ski patroller in Boí Taüll, guaranteeing safety at a venue that is already a world reference thanks to the Skimo World Cup.
• Meanwhile, Paloma Gallardo, the ski lift operator at La Molina, ensures accessibility and daily service at the foot of the slopes, reinforcing the confidence of our skiers.
Heritage and visitor services
Mobility and user experience also have a female face.
- Maria Díaz, driver of the Vall de Nuria Rack Railway, is a key figure in the dissemination of our historical and railway heritage.
