High-altitude gastronomy: PIRINEU365 fuses flavor and mountains in a unique offering for the 2025-2026 season

17 March 2026

As part of the PIRINEU365 brand’s strategic project to reduce seasonality and diversify its offerings, gastronomy is being consolidated as a key asset for enriching the visitor experience. With a total of 36 restaurants distributed throughout the six mountain resorts, they are committed to local products that strengthen their connection to the region and the mountain communities.

Vallter: Dining with a view from the grill restaurant Marmotes

The Vallter resort offers the grill restaurant Marmotes, which has launched a new menu where you can enjoy a panoramic relaxation area located at 2,535 meters above sea level, equipped with ambient music and spectacular views of the glacial cirque.

Furthermore, it offers one of the most exclusive experiences in the Pyrenees: GastroMarmotes. This experience, with special excursions by snow groomer in the late afternoon, allows visitors to enjoy high-altitude snacks and dinners in an absolutely serene setting (reservations required).

La Molina and Boí Taüll: landmarks at the foot of the slopes and on the roof of the Pyrenees

In La Molina, El Bosc restaurant stands out as a must-visit for its quality and strategic location.

Meanwhile, Boí Taüll offers an adrenaline-pumping and flavorful experience at Cow Boí, a burger joint featuring high-quality, locally sourced ingredients. This spot is the perfect complement to a resort that boasts the highest skiable peak in the Pyrenees at Puig Falcó (2,751 m).

A diverse offering throughout the region

The other PIRINEU365 resorts maintain excellence with renovated spaces and locally sourced products:

Port Ainé: The new Clots Restaurant opens at the 2,100 level, with a completely remodeled terrace to optimize outdoor service.

Vall de Núria: true to its commitment to sustainability, the Racó de la Vall restaurant offers menus that explain the history of the valley through its local ingredients.

Espot Esquí: beyond the usual attractions, the resort is committed to boosting activity with tastings of local products, integrating the culture of Pallars into the skier’s itinerary.

Skiing at home leaves a mark

This commitment to local, high-quality dining is part of the “Skiing at home leaves a mark” campaign. By choosing restaurants at our resorts, visitors directly contribute to the local economy of the mountain regions.

Every meal at our resorts is, ultimately, a way to support local businesses, regional producers, and the sustainability of the Catalan Pyrenees.
