The Boí Taüll mountain resort will reach a new milestone tomorrow, Saturday the 18th, with the opening of the T-1000. With the opening of this second 1,020-meter section, the resort now boasts the longest double zip line in Catalonia, with a total length of 1,220 meters.
This new infrastructure not only reinforces the resort’s position as an adventure hub in the Pyrenees, but also offers an immersive high-mountain experience for all types of visitors.
Speed and panoramic views at 2,000 meters
The T-1000 super zip line is located at the base of the station and features two cables to allow for simultaneous descents, making it ideal for families. With a vertical drop of 102 meters—starting at an elevation of 2,037 and ending at 1,935—visitors can enjoy a unique combination of speed and spectacular panoramic views. The ride is designed for people weighing between 50 and 120 kg.
A summer of adrenaline and discovery
The opening of the zip line is the highlight of a summer season designed to let you experience the mountains with all your senses. Among the top activities for 2026 are:
- Vaques Chairlift: open since July 21, this chairlift takes visitors to the Cap de Ginebrell viewpoint, where a panoramic telescope allows them to observe the surroundings of the Aigüestortes and Estany de Sant Maurici National Park.
- Paragliding and high-altitude flights: the resort offers paragliding flights (solo and tandem) to explore the Alta Ribagorça from the sky. Tandem flights are available for children ages 6 and up.
- Family recreation and sports: Boí Taüll offers an electric motocross track for children ages 5 to 10, e-bike rentals with guided tours, and 6 marked hiking and trail running routes totaling more than 22 kilometers.
