GENERAL CONDITIONS SKI PASSES

The purchase of any type of ski pass implies full knowledge and unconditional acceptance of these General Conditions.

A. Regulations for the use of ski passes, season passes, slopes, and facilities

1. The holder of any type of ski pass acknowledges and assumes the risks inherent to skiing in a natural high-mountain environment, where snow and weather conditions may vary. It is the skier’s responsibility to observe the state of the slopes in order to avoid adverse conditions for skiing (ice, stones, and other natural elements) and, in general, to prevent any personal injury or material damage that may occur during the activity, whether resulting from the use of ski lifts, slopes, or other facilities and related areas. The resort will signal any incidents on the slopes as soon as it becomes aware of them, although it cannot guarantee the indication of all potential adverse circumstances that may arise occasionally in the mountains.

2. The ski pass holder is responsible for their actions and omissions, as well as for any negligent behavior that endangers their own safety or that of others, including failure to recognize their own physical limitations or personal skiing ability.

3. Inappropriate behavior or failure to comply with the basic rules for using the facilities — as determined by resort staff — that endangers the holder or third parties, or failure to follow the station’s instructions, warnings, and signage, will authorize resort personnel to withdraw (or, where applicable, block) the ski pass or “FlexiPass” card, without prejudice to any civil or criminal liability that may also apply.

4. Skiing off-piste, on closed slopes, or on areas not marked and signposted by the resort, or disregarding safety warnings or proper ski pass usage instructions, may result in the withdrawal or automatic blocking of the ski pass or “FlexiPass” card and, in any case, releases the resort from any responsibility.

5. The resort reserves the right to determine the opening and closing dates and times of its facilities, taking into account technical and weather conditions, safety requirements, and any other factors that may affect operations.

6. The unrestricted use of Ski-Bikes, Snow-Bikes, Snowscoots, or similar devices is not permitted on slopes managed by FGC mountain resorts, except when used by persons with reduced mobility. Therefore, only skiing and snowboarding are permitted.

7. For everyone’s safety, slope users are advised to follow the FIS safety rules, available on the organization’s website.

8. Resort staff will provide information about any contingencies not mentioned above.

9. Before using our facilities, please ensure that you possess the necessary knowledge and physical ability to do so safely for yourself and others. It is important to be familiar with the different types of ski lifts and their correct usage. Follow the instructions of resort staff and posted signage. Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

10. For any complaints or incidents related to the ski pass, the holder should contact the ski resort’s Customer Service Points or send an email to:

La Molina: [email protected]
Espot: [email protected]
Port Ainé: [email protected]
Vallter: [email protected]
Vall de Núria: [email protected]
Boí Taüll: [email protected]

Users can also submit complaints or suggestions to FGC through the available channels listed at the following link:

https://www.fgc.cat/es/fgc-faq/como-presentar-una-reclamacion/

B. Rules of conduct and coexistence

FGC is a space that promotes respect and coexistence. Therefore, users must maintain civic, correct, and respectful behavior toward other visitors and FGC staff, and must follow the indications of FGC personnel, posted signs, announcements, and loudspeaker messages.

The following are not permitted:

  • Smoking in any FGC facilities.
  • Disposing of waste in the natural environment.
  • Posting notices or signage.
  • Distributing advertising materials.
  • Engaging in street vending within FGC facilities.
  • Performing activities or actions that may disturb public order or FGC services.
  • Carrying out acts that damage or dirty the facilities.
  • Remaining inside the facilities outside of opening hours.
  • Tampering with, destroying, or damaging any element related to the installation or service.
  • Begging or performing any artistic or commercial activity on the premises without prior authorization from the company.

GENERAL CONDITIONS – FLEXIPASS PIRINEU365 CARD

The purchase and use of the Flexipass product implies full knowledge and unconditional acceptance of these General Conditions:

  • Section A: Conditions of purchase
  • Section B: Refund policy
  • Section C: Rules for the use of ski passes, passes, slopes and facilities

A. Conditions of purchase and payment:

1. The FlexiPass card is the medium that allows access to the facilities of the different FGC Turisme ski resorts: currently Boí Taüll, Espot, Port Ainé, La Molina, Vall de Núria, and Vallter. The FlexiPass card is personal and non-transferable. It allows direct access to the lifts or activities at the resorts through automatic billing of usage. Customers benefit from:

  • Preferential rates on ski days and activities
  • Ski insurance
  • Specific advantages.

2. The price of the FlexiPass card is €15.00 (non-refundable), payable at the time of purchase. Prices are expressed in euros, VAT included. The cardholder is responsible for keeping it safe.

3. The purchase can be made online or at customer service points in the resorts. Accepted payment methods are shown during checkout. The customer can review and correct their order, and consult and download the General Terms and Conditions before confirming the purchase in a secure interface.

4. Validity period. Membership is valid until September 28 following the date of purchase. It renews automatically every September 29, unless the customer sends written notice of cancellation under the terms stated below. Automatic renewal. The customer will be notified at least 15 days before September 1. If they do not object in writing via their personal account or email before September 1, the membership will renew for another 12 months.

5. Card charge authorization. By entering their details, the customer authorizes charges for the FlexiPass card price stated in section 2, including renewals, daily uses, and any outstanding balances.

6. Payment for ski days. FlexiPass customers benefit from discounts on ski days and activities depending on the resort, period, and category. Some discounts require valid documentation; otherwise, the regular rate will apply. Detailed discount conditions are available at pirineu365.com and at ticket offices.

7. Usage recording and billing. Usage (ski days, insurance, and activities) is automatically recorded by the Company’s systems. The customer’s debit or credit card is charged daily according to usage. The price charged equals the online day pass rate minus the applicable discount for total days skied. Discounts are based on public rates, rounded up or down to €0.05, and cannot be combined with other promotions.

8. Discount schedule for the 2025–26 ski season. Days 2–4: 10% discount, days 5–8: 15% discount, days 9–12: 20% discount, days 13–16: 25% discount, from day 17 onwards: 100% discount. Discounts based on the number of FlexiPass usage days apply according to the user’s age at the time of purchase. If requested by resort staff, customers must provide proof of age with valid ID (DNI, NIE, or passport).

“FlexiPass” age categories

9. If payment cannot be processed at the time of charging, the issuing company will attempt again within 48 hours. If the second attempt fails, the card will be blocked until payment is made. If non-payment continues, a notification will be sent by email or post. Fees and penalties: €15 for insufficient balance. If payment is not settled within 15 days of notification, FlexiPass membership may be automatically cancelled, all outstanding sums become immediately due, and legal recovery procedures may be initiated.

B. Refund policy

The purchase of the FlexiPass card is non-refundable and cannot be cancelled or returned. By purchasing, the customer expressly accepts this condition.

C. Rules for the use of ski passes, passes, slopes, and facilities

1. The FlexiPass card allows access to mechanical lifts during its validity period, as defined in section A.4.

2. The customer must carry the card each time it is used and present valid ID upon request. The “hands-free” system does not exempt this requirement.

3. If the customer forgets the card, they must purchase a day pass at full price from machines or ticket offices, without compensation or refund even if they later present the card. These purchases do not count toward accumulated discount days under section A.8.

4. Improper manipulation, fraudulent use, resale, lending, or transfer of a FlexiPass card, as well as double use or use by an incorrect age category, will result in:

  • Immediate withdrawal of the FlexiPass
  • Automatic billing of the day/activity to the customer’s account
  • Obligation to purchase a new membership to reactivate access

5. Simultaneous use of multiple cards by the same person may result in double billing, without liability to the company.

6. Loss or theft. The cardholder must immediately inform the company. The resort may block the card to prevent fraudulent use.

  • Loss: Duplicate issued for €10.00
  • Theft: Duplicate issued for €2.00 upon submission of a police report
  • Damage: Duplicate issued for €2.00 upon return of damaged, unusable card

7. The price of the ski pass includes VAT (10%) and mandatory travel insurance (AOV) as a transport title. Additionally, and exclusively for FlexiPass customers, it also includes accident insurance covering incidents on the slopes and within the resort facilities, except those directly caused by lifts (AOV). Improper use or negligence is explicitly excluded. Off-piste skiing is not covered.

La Molina + Masella ski area

The La Molina + Masella ski domain offers 145 km of skiable terrain.

The shared area is known as Alp 2500. Crossings between resorts are clearly signposted. If unfamiliar with the domain, skiers must read and follow signage and consult maps or the app, especially in the Dos Estacions sector.

The FlexiPass card cannot be used to ski in the La Molina + Masella joint domain, which requires a specific La Molina + Masella pass. Crossing between the two resorts without such a pass requires purchasing a return pass (€8) at the ticket office.

Specific conditions for access to the Vall de Núria rack railway

Holders of a FlexiPass card may access the Vall de Núria rack railway directly, without prior reservation of ascent or descent times, for skiing activities at the Vall de Núria resort.

GENERAL CONDITIONS — SEASON SKI PASSES

The purchase of a ski pass implies full knowledge and unconditional acceptance of these General Conditions:

  • Section A: Conditions of Purchase
  • Section B: Refund Policy
  • Section C: Regulations for the Use of Ski Passes, Season Passes, Slopes, and Facilities

A. Conditions of purchase:

1. The Pirineu365 card is the medium that grants access to the facilities. This card allows the holder to load purchased products onto it and can be recharged and reused as many times as desired across different seasons, both in summer and winter.

2. The ski pass is personal and non-transferable. Any improper handling of a Pirineu365 card, fraudulent use, or especially its resale or free transfer to a third party, will result in its immediate withdrawal and cancellation.

3. The purchase of a season ski pass entitles the holder to access and use the resort facilities that are open to the public during the winter season, for the practice of winter sports for which the resort is equipped. The holder is required to comply with the resort’s internal operating and safety regulations, without prejudice to any other applicable general laws and regulations, including the guidelines and instructions issued by resort staff.

4. Once the ski pass has been purchased, no changes to another type of pass will be permitted if it has already been used and/or does not comply with the refund policy.

5. No fixed duration or scope is defined for each winter season. The length of the winter season will depend on prevailing weather, environmental, safety, and operational conditions of the resort facilities at any given time. In any case, the winter season is generally understood to be the period between December and April, during which winter sports may be practiced at ski resorts in the Catalan Pyrenees.

6. Information regarding the types of passes, benefits, and points of sale can be found on each resort’s corporate website or through other available official channels. The price of ski passes and season passes will follow the current rates applicable to the ongoing season.

7. It is the customer’s responsibility to obtain information in advance about offers or discounts that may apply to their specific situation. The resort is not obligated to refund, in whole or in part, the price of a ski pass due to the customer’s lack of awareness of existing discounts or offers available at the time of purchase, nor as a result of new special offers published after purchase that might be more advantageous. The purchase of the product implies that the customer acknowledges and accepts the applicable conditions, their scope, and those related to its use, validity, and limitations. Discounts are subject to specific terms and are not cumulative.

8. Ski passes must be purchased according to the age of the user at the time of purchase. To acquire a season ski pass, the holder must present valid documentation to verify personal details (ID card, NIE, or passport).

Age Categories — Season Ski Pass 2025–2026

9. To access any discounted rate, it is mandatory to present documentation proving compliance with the conditions required by the resort for this purpose. In general, and without prejudice to any additional documentation that the resort may request:

  • Clubs: Proof that the holder is a member. Each resort may additionally require documentation proving that this condition is valid on the date the ski pass is issued.
  • Large or single-parent families: Valid family card or equivalent documentation deemed sufficient by each resort.
  • Persons with disabilities: Official card or certificate verifying the degree of disability and whether or not assistance is required.
  • Residents or registered inhabitants: Certificate of residence and any additional documentation required by each resort, if applicable.
  • Family packs: Family record book or equivalent proof, and ID cards of family members

10. The price of the ski pass includes the mandatory Passenger Travel Insurance (AOV) and the applicable VAT rate (10%). The season ski pass price does NOT include accident insurance coverage for injuries on the slopes or within the resort’s facilities, except for those caused directly by ski lifts (AOV), when duly proven. (In this case, incidents resulting from misuse of the lift by the customer or from negligence, carelessness, or any other attributable cause are expressly excluded.) The holder of the ski pass—or anyone requiring assistance from resort staff or third parties—will be responsible for paying the cost of such services and any damages caused to the resort, its property, or individuals, except in the cases indicated above. It is likewise the responsibility of the ski pass holder to take out a personal accident insurance policy that provides coverage in case of an accident within the resort’s facilities. The resort strongly recommends that customers obtain such coverage.

11. Users may inquire about all special offers or discounts available for different groups at FGC-managed resorts, along with the required documentation and eligibility criteria.

12. No season ski pass will be issued until personal data have been verified and the resort has confirmed—based on user-provided documentation—that all eligibility requirements for applicable offers or discounts are met, and that payment has been made through one of the resort’s authorized channels. Once the ski pass has been issued, no changes to another type will be allowed if it has already been used.

13. The resort reserves the right to carry out any checks it deems appropriate (which may include visual recordings) and may require individuals to provide identification in order to prevent fraudulent use of ski passes and ensure compliance with the buyer’s obligations. Skiers/snowboarders must identify themselves upon request by resort staff, presenting their national ID card or equivalent proof of identity.

14. The resort offers certain professional ski passes with specific conditions. Except for these, all other ski passes do not permit professional use of skiing.

15. All information displayed through any resort-authorized medium or distribution channel is purely indicative, especially regarding the full or partial opening or closure of the ski area and its facilities. It is the customer’s responsibility to stay informed about weather conditions and up-to-date information on the operational status of the resort as published in the daily snow report on the website and app. In case of contradiction between the snow report, other information sources, and on-site signage, the most restrictive indication (e.g., a closure notice) will always prevail.

16. Season passes under the “Season,” “No Saturdays,” and “Weekdays” categories include complimentary ski passes for other resorts and discounts at partner service companies and shops for the 2025–2026 season. These benefits can be consulted at: https://www.turismefgc.cat/es/ventajas-forfait-temporada-estaciones-montana/. The conditions of these complimentary passes are the same as those of the purchased season pass type and will be communicated through the usual channels. Excluded from these benefits are passes for Minors, Senior II, Sundays-only, pedestrian passes, or any other types with specific agreements or separate benefits.

17. In any case, the application of these General Conditions is subject to compliance with the instructions issued by resort staff in the event of any incidents.

B. Refund policy

1. All passes, regardless of their type or modality, are subject to the refund policy set out in these General Conditions.

2. For purchases made through online stores without a specific service date, customers may exercise their right to cancel and withdraw from the purchase of unused services. This must be done within 48 hours of the purchase date; otherwise, no cancellation will be accepted.

3. Cancellations must be processed through the Customer Area, under “My Purchases and Refunds” → Order History, by selecting the relevant ticket/pass and clicking on View Details. If the request is made within the established period, the option to process an automatic refund will be available.

4. The resort will not issue any full or partial refund for the amount paid for a season ski pass for any reason related to snow conditions, or when access to or use of the facilities is limited by environmental or meteorological causes that prevent or restrict the use of the ski pass, regardless of the duration of the disruption or contingency.

5. Exceptionally, in the event of an accident or a medically justified illness of the ski pass holder, with written notification submitted before 31/12/25, the unamortized amount of the pass for the affected season will be credited toward the price of the pass for the following season, provided that it is purchased by the same holder. If notification of the accident or illness is received after this date, no credit will be applied, as the affected season pass will be considered fully amortized.

* The number of amortization days is calculated by dividing the price of the season ski pass by the standard public day pass price (PVP) of the resort.

6. No other type of cancellation beyond what is set out in this document will be accepted.

7. Those who have purchased a ski pass for the 2025–2026 season and who have not reported any incident through the usual channels before the official closing date of that season expressly accept that unused passes will be considered expired and will not be eligible for any compensation.

C. Rules for the use of ski passes, passes, slopes, and facilities

1. These rules are publicly displayed on the notice board at the Customer Service Office or on the resorts’ websites..

2. To use the ski lifts, it is mandatory to have a valid ski pass or season pass issued by the resort.

3. Refunds for ski passes and season passes will only be granted in the cases set out in the Refund Policy (Section B). No refund applies when access to or use of the facilities is restricted for reasons such as weather, environmental, technical, or safety conditions.

4. In case of loss or theft of the ski pass, it is the holder’s responsibility to notify the resort immediately upon discovery. The resort may, at its discretion and depending on the specific case, block the ski pass to prevent fraudulent use.

  • Loss of ski pass: The resort may issue a duplicate at a cost of €30.00 to the user.
  • Theft: The resort may issue a duplicate at a cost of €2.00, provided that the user presents a police report of the theft.
  • Damaged ski pass: The resort may issue a duplicate at a cost of €2.00, upon surrender of the original damaged and non-functional ski pass.
  • Forgotten ski pass on the day of skiing: If the holder forgets their season ski pass, they must report the incident to the Customer Service Point at the resort and pay €10 for a day pass, according to the current PVP and the type of season pass purchased. The resort may, at its discretion and depending on the circumstances, block the season pass temporarily to prevent fraudulent use. The resort is not obliged to refund the amount paid. This may be allowed up to 2 days per season, except for La Molina, where it is limited to 1 day. This exception also applies to the La Molina + Masella product.

5. Insurance policies applicable to the ski passes will take effect from the first day the pass is used at a lift gate, according to the insurer’s regulations.

6. In case of fraudulent use (illegal resale, transfer to third parties, falsification, use of lost passes, incorrect age category, etc.), the ski pass will be confiscated and canceled with no right to compensation. Fraudulent use of any pass by a third party (including relatives and friends) also results in the withdrawal and cancellation of the pass. If it is the first offense, the pass may be reinstated only if the holder pays twice the adult day pass price applicable at that time, as a penalty. If FGC detects multiple instances of fraud in the same season, it reserves the right to deny future service to the person involved and to pursue legal action as deemed appropriate.

7. The resort reserves the right to carry out checks (including visual recordings) and may require identification to prevent fraudulent use of passes and to ensure compliance with buyer obligations. Skiers and snowboarders must identify themselves upon request by resort staff, presenting their ID card or equivalent proof.

8. All passes, of any kind, are personal and non-transferable, except for corporate passes, which are transferable but may be used by only one skier per day per pass.

La Molina + Masella ski area

The La Molina + Masella ski area offers 145 km of skiable terrain.

The shared area between La Molina and Masella is known as Alp 2500. The crossings between both resorts are clearly signposted in this sector. Those unfamiliar with the area must read and interpret the trail signage and pocket map or app, especially in the Alp 2500 sector.

To ski across the La Molina + Masella domain, a La Molina + Masella ski pass or season pass is required. With a pass from only one resort, it is not permitted to ski at the other. Crossing from one resort to the other without the appropriate La Molina + Masella pass requires the purchase of a return pass, available at the ticket offices located at the base of each resort, at a cost of €8.

Ski passes issued for the municipalities of Alp, Das, and Urús are intended exclusively for recreational skiing; professional use is not permitted.

The resolution of incidents and the application of the usage rules for La Molina + Masella ski passes will follow the same regulations.

Specific conditions for access to the Vall de Núria rack railway

GENERAL CONDITIONS – DAY OR MULTI-DAY SKI PASSES

The purchase of the ski pass implies full knowledge and unconditional acceptance of these General Conditions:

  • Section A: Terms of purchase
  • Section B: Refund policy
  • Section C: Regulations for the use of ski passes, passes, slopes, and facilities

A. Terms of purchase:

1. The Pirineu365 card is the medium that grants access to the facilities. This card allows the loading of purchased products and can be reloaded and reused as many times as the customer wishes throughout different seasons, both summer and winter. The price of the Pirineu365 card is €2.00 (non-refundable). The purchaser of the card is responsible for its safekeeping.

2. The ski pass is personal and non-transferable. Any improper handling of a Pirineu365 card, fraudulent use, and especially its resale or free transfer to a third party, will result in its immediate withdrawal and cancellation.

3. The purchase of a day or multi-day ski pass entitles the holder to access and use the resort’s facilities that are open to the public for the practice of winter sports for which the resort is equipped. The holder must comply with the resort’s internal operating and safety rules, as well as any general regulations and provisions, including the instructions and guidelines of the resort staff.

4. Once a ski pass has been purchased, no change to another type of pass will be allowed if it has already been used and/or does not comply with the refund policy.

5. No specific duration or scope is established for each winter season; therefore, the length of the season will depend on weather, environmental, safety, and usability conditions of the resort’s facilities at any given time. In any case, the winter season is generally understood to cover the period from December to April, during which winter sports can typically be practiced at the ski resorts of the Catalan Pyrenees.

6. Information on the types of ski passes, services included, and points of sale can be found on each resort’s corporate website or through the various available communication channels. The price of ski passes and season passes will follow the current rate of the season.

7. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform themselves in advance about offers or discounts that may apply to their personal circumstances. The resort is not obliged to make any full or partial refund of the ski pass price due to the customer’s lack of awareness of existing discounts or offers at the time of purchase, nor as a result of special promotions published after the purchase that might be more advantageous. Purchasing the product implies the customer’s acknowledgement of the applicable conditions, their scope, and terms of use and validity. It also implies awareness that, in most resorts, online purchases offer more advantageous rates than those made at the ticket offices or kiosks. Discounts are subject to specific conditions and are not cumulative.

8. Ski passes must be purchased according to the user’s age. Customers may buy ski passes in advance, but the applicable age is that on the date of use, not on the date of purchase, as they may differ. If requested by resort staff, it will be necessary to present documentation proving age, such as an ID card, NIE, or passport.

Age categories applicable to day or multi-day ski passes:

9. To access any offer, it is mandatory to present documentation proving compliance with the conditions established by the resort for this purpose. In general, and without prejudice to any additional documentation the resort may require:

  • Clubs: Proof that the holder is a member. Each resort may additionally require documentation proving that this condition is valid on the date the ski pass is used.
  • Large or single-parent families: Valid family card or equivalent documentation considered sufficient by each resort.
  • People with disabilities: Valid disability card or certificate stating the degree of disability and whether or not assistance is required.
  • Residents or registered inhabitants: Certificate of residence (empadronamiento).
  • Family packs: Family book or equivalent document, and ID of all family members.

10. The ski pass price includes VAT (10%) and the Compulsory Passenger Insurance (AOV), as it is considered a transport ticket. The ski pass price does NOT include insurance for accidents on the slopes or accidents occurring within the resort facilities, except for those caused directly by ski lifts (AOV), when duly verified (in such cases, any accidents resulting from misuse of the lift by the client or due to negligence, carelessness, or any other circumstance are expressly excluded). The holder of the ski pass, or the person requiring assistance from resort staff or third parties, shall be responsible for paying the cost of the services rendered and for any damages caused to the resort, its property, or individuals, except in the cases mentioned above. It is also the ski pass holder’s responsibility, where applicable, to take out a personal accident insurance policy providing coverage in the event of an accident within the skiable area of the resort. This insurance does not cover off-piste skiing. The resort recommends that customers take out appropriate insurance coverage.

11. All customers who have registered their personal data and/or have retained the Pirineu365 card identification number (WTP code shown on the back of the card and on the sales receipt) may request a duplicate ski pass in case of loss or theft. Before issuing a duplicate, the resort will verify that the card and preloaded ski passes have not been used or fraudulently accessed. The cost of issuing a duplicate, if applicable, will be €2.00, corresponding to the purchase of a new Pirineu365 card. In the case of damage, a duplicate will be issued free of charge upon return of the damaged card.

12. Multiple products can be purchased in a single transaction and used throughout the current season, except for those sold for a specific date or consecutive-day passes, whose validity starts from the first day of use. For dated passes, the ski pass will only be valid for the specific chosen date.

13. The resort reserves the right to carry out any controls it deems appropriate (including visual recordings) and may request identification to prevent fraudulent use of cards or ski passes and to ensure compliance with the purchaser’s obligations.
Skiers and snowboarders must identify themselves upon request by resort staff using an official ID card or equivalent document.

14. The resort offers professional ski passes under specific conditions. Except for these, all other ski passes do not allow professional use.

15. Any information provided by the resort through official channels or media is purely indicative, particularly regarding the total or partial opening or closure of the ski resort and its facilities. It is the customer’s responsibility to stay informed about weather conditions and any updates concerning the opening, closure, and status of the facilities as published in the daily snow report on the resort’s website and App. In case of contradiction between the snow report and information from other sources or on-site signage, the most restrictive indication or prohibition will always prevail.

16. In all cases, the application of these General Conditions shall be subject to compliance with the instructions issued by resort personnel in the event of safety incidents or emergencies within the resort facilities.

B. Refund policy

1. All ski passes, regardless of their type or duration, are subject to the refund policy set out in these General Conditions.

2. The resort will not proceed with a full or partial refund of the amount paid for any ski pass, under any circumstances, including those arising from snow conditions, environmental, meteorological, technical, or safety factors that prevent or limit the use of the ski pass within the resort, regardless of the duration or nature of the incident or restriction.

3. Multi-day ski passes are sold at a unified and discounted rate compared to single-day passes, forming a single, indivisible product. Therefore, once use has begun, no partial refund or compensation will be possible.

4. Cancellation of purchases made through the online store. Depending on the type of product purchased, two types of cancellation may apply:

Purchases of open-date services:

For purchases made through the online store without a specific service date, the customer may exercise the right of cancellation or withdrawal for all or part of the products within the same order, provided that these have not been used. A product is considered used when there has been any passage through the ski lift access gates, with or without skis. The cancellation must be made within 48 hours following the date of purchase. After this period, no cancellations will be accepted.

Purchases of dated services:

Products sold for a specific date may be cancelled until 11:00 p.m. on the day before their validity date. After that time, no refund will be made.

5. In both cases, cancellation of product purchases must be made through the Customer Area, under the section “My purchases and refunds” – Order history. Select the specific ticket/ski pass and click View details. If the request is made within the established time period, the customer will be able to choose the automatic refund option.

6. No other type of cancellation will be accepted beyond what is specified in this document.

7. The purchase of the Pirineu365 card is non-refundable and non-cancellable under any circumstances. By completing the purchase, the buyer expressly accepts this condition.

8. Customers who have purchased ski passes for the 2025–2026 season and who, prior to the official closing date of the 2025–2026 season, have not reported any issues or incidents through the usual channels, expressly accept that unused ski passes will be considered expired and will not be eligible for any form of compensation.

C. Regulations for the use of ski passes, season passes, slopes, and facilities

1. These regulations are publicly displayed on the notice board at the Customer Service Office and on the resorts’ websites.

2. To use the ski lifts, it is mandatory to hold a valid ski pass, ticket, or season pass issued by the resort.

3. Refunds for ski passes and season passes will only be made in the cases outlined in the Refund Policy (Section B). Refunds will not be issued when access to or use of the facilities is limited or restricted for any other reason, such as snow conditions, environmental factors, weather, technical issues, or safety concerns.

4. In the event of the loss of a day or multi-day ski pass, it is the responsibility of the holder to immediately inform the resort upon discovering the loss. In such cases, the resort may, at its discretion and depending on the specific circumstances, block the ski pass to prevent fraudulent use. For the issuance of a new pass, please refer to the Conditions of Purchase (Section A).

5. The insurance policies applicable to ski passes come into effect from the first day the pass is scanned through the ski lift turnstile, in accordance with the insurer’s regulations.

6. In the case of fraudulent use (illegal resale, transfer to third parties, falsification, use of lost passes found by others, use by someone outside the corresponding age range, etc.), the ski pass will be withdrawn and cancelled immediately, with no right to compensation.
The fraudulent use of any pass by a third party (including family or friends) will also result in its withdrawal and cancellation. If FGC detects multiple instances of fraud within the same season, it reserves the right to deny further sales to the offender and to take legal action as deemed appropriate.

7. The resort reserves the right to carry out any controls or checks it deems necessary (including visual recordings) and may require personal identification to prevent fraudulent use of ski passes or season passes and to ensure compliance with the purchaser’s obligations.
Skiers or snowboarders must present their ID card or valid identification document upon request by resort staff.

La Molina + Masella Ski Area

The La Molina + Masella ski domain offers 145 km of skiable terrain.

The shared sector between La Molina and Masella is known as Alp 2500. The crossings between the two resorts are clearly signposted in this area. If visitors are not familiar with the ski domain, they must read and interpret the signage on the slopes, as well as consult the pocket map or app, especially in the Alp 2500 sector.

Skiing across the La Molina + Masella area requires a La Molina + Masella ski pass or season pass. A pass from one resort does not grant access to the other. Crossing from one resort to the other without the proper La Molina + Masella pass requires purchasing a return ski pass, available at the ticket offices located at the base of each resort. The return pass costs €8.

The La Molina + Masella passes issued to residents of the municipalities of Alp, Das, and Urús are intended solely for recreational skiing. These passes do not permit professional use.

The resolution of any issues or incidents involving holders of a La Molina + Masella ski pass, as well as the applicable usage regulations, will follow the same terms and conditions for both resorts.

Specific conditions for access to the Vall de Núria rack railway

When purchasing a Rack Railway + Ski Pass ticket, it is mandatory to reserve both the departure (uphill) and return (downhill) times.

Users may change their return time as long as they have not yet passed through the access gates. This can be done before the scheduled time, using the designated machines located in front of the information office, and will depend on seat availability.

If, for any reason, the Coma del Clot cable car is not in service, no refund will be issued, since this is a service included in the rack railway ticket at no additional cost.
