Vall de Núria, a PIRINEU365 mountain resort, has officially kicked off its summer season with a notable new feature that enhances the visitor experience: the opening of the Lake Viewpoint. This new facility is part of the company’s strategy to offer an active and vibrant mountain experience 365 days a year, highlighting the natural and scenic heritage of the Ripollès region.

A prime vantage point overlooking nature
The new Lake Viewpoint, strategically located in the middle of the Camino de las Cruces (“Monumental Way of the Cross”), next to the bird observatory, has been designed as an accessible space for contemplation and photography. Built with materials that blend seamlessly into the surroundings, in accordance with criteria of sustainability and landscape integration, it offers a unique panoramic view of the lake. It is 2.1 meters wide and 34 meters long, and features a continuous platform with exterior and interior railings, as well as a metal lattice floor that allows visitors to see through it.
Experiences for all audiences
The summer lineup is rounded out with activities for the whole family and top-notch leisure options:
Family Recreation: in addition to the new observation deck, Vall de Núria continues to offer a wide variety of activities for all audiences and ages. Visitors can enjoy the scenic ride on the cable car and chairlift, discover the valley’s most iconic spots with the “Torgo 4×4” experience, go on boat or canoe rides on the lake, have fun at the amusement park, and explore the numerous hiking trails surrounded by a unique high-mountain landscape.
Turistren Passport
Vall de Núria is launching the new Turistren passport, an innovative initiative that invites visitors to travel on FGC’s tourist transit services (the Núria Rack Railway, the Montserrat Rack Railway and Funiculars, the Tren del Ciment, and the Tren dels Llacs). This initiative allows users to accumulate discounts and earn rewards, and was created with the goal of encouraging visitors to explore Catalonia’s natural and railway heritage, reinforcing FGC’s commitment to boosting the region’s economy.
Vall de Núria has established itself as one of the region’s gems for enjoying nature, sports, and tranquility in a car-free environment committed to the future.
