The new zip line and the Vacas chairlift service will begin operating in July
Boí Taüll will kick off the summer season on June 20 and close on August 30. The resort promotes a year-round, diversified program with activities for all ages and for every season, 365 days a year, so visitors can enjoy nature, sports, competitions, and the great outdoors.
Highlights of this season
Boí Taüll is set to offer a summer full of adrenaline with new attractions, including the launch of the new 1-kilometer zip line—the longest tandem zip line in Catalonia—on July 10. Starting at an elevation of 2,037 meters and ending at 1,935 meters, it will allow visitors to enjoy a 102-meter drop, with speed, panoramic views, and adrenaline taking center stage. This zip line will join the 200-meter zip line at the base of the resort, which opened last summer.
During this new season, visitors will be able to enjoy a variety of marked trails for hiking and trail running. Boí Taüll will offer 6 routes totaling 22.73 km.
Following last summer’s success, the Vacas Chairlift’s operating hours will be extended this season; it will run from mid-July through the end of the season. This facility, with a 20-minute ride, brings visitors closer to spectacular views of the peaks of the High Pyrenees from the Cap de Ginebrell viewpoint, where this summer they will find a new panoramic telescope—provided in collaboration with the Aigüestortes National Park—that will allow them to observe the surrounding landscape. Visitors will be able to access additional information about the area’s flora and fauna via QR codes, thereby contributing to a better understanding of the environment and the protection of the landscapes in this exceptional setting.
Every season, Boí Taüll offers a new way to experience the mountains. During the summer, in addition to zip lines, visitors can enjoy hiking and e-bike trails, a treasure hunt, and the Starlight Lookout, among other activities.
